A witty and inventive fantasy manga that blends classic dungeon-crawling adventure with culinary creativity. After a disastrous encounter with a dragon leaves their party in dire straits, a group of adventurers returns to the depths to rescue a fallen comrade—this time surviving by cooking and eating the very monsters they battle. Slimes, basilisks, and other fearsome creatures become surprisingly practical ingredients, rendered with both humor and mouthwatering detail.
Ryoko Kui is known for her imaginative world-building and offbeat storytelling, and here she balances comedy with thoughtful touches on ecosystem, resourcefulness, and camaraderie. With expressive artwork and a fresh twist on familiar fantasy tropes, this series is perfect for readers who enjoy role‑playing game lore, inventive food writing, and character-driven adventure.
