Serralves 2009 The Collection Images

Opis

An Exhibition in Three Parts and Permanent Works in the Park.
For the very first time the Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art, in the exhibition Serralves 2009 has brought together its collection for general viewing. Coinciding with both the Museum and the Serralves Foundations anniversaries, the exhibition draws on a considerable collection of works by both international and Portuguese contemporary artists and demonstrates a consequent and visionary approach to collecting. Well conceived and clearly laid out, the overview features works by a long list of artists, including the likes of Dan Graham, Luc Tuymans, Paula Rego, Fernando José Pereira, Dieter Roth, Joao Vieira, Imi Knoebel, Dennis Oppenheim, Barry Le Va and Christopher Wool.
