Written by Garth Ennis, co-creator of *Preacher*, this provocative comic series offers a brutal, darkly satirical take on the superhero genre. Set in a world where superpowered “heroes” are corporate-sponsored celebrities prone to corruption, excess, and moral failure, the story follows a covert CIA-backed team tasked with keeping them in check by any means necessary. Blending graphic action, biting humor, and sharp social commentary, the series explores power, accountability, celebrity culture, and the cost of unchecked authority. Bold, irreverent, and unapologetically violent, it’s a gripping read for fans of subversive, adult-oriented comics that challenge traditional superhero myths.
