Trans-Atlantyk

Trans-Atlantyk is a satirical novel by Witold Gombrowicz in which the author uses grotesque humor, irony, and linguistic stylization to question national identity, patriotism, and social conventions. The story follows a Polish writer who finds himself in Argentina after the outbreak of the Second World War and gradually distances himself from the expectations of the Polish émigré community.
